Infinite Abilities utilizes various skill assessments once a child has been formally diagnosed by a medical provider. These assessments include, but are not limited to the following: VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, Early Start Denver Model, BASC, and Vineland, as well as various social skill assessments.
Conveniently located in the client's home, these services allow clients access to their natural environment. It also allows caregivers the advantage of being fully involved with their child's treatment. In-home services also allow the therapist to work with the client on functional daily living skills that may not be achievable in other locations, such as hygiene skills, home routines, etc.
Virtual ABA therapy utilizes a HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform to deliver services remotely. This allows clients to receive services from any location with internet access. Virtual therapy sessions require extensive caregiver participation and collaboration with an ABA professional. Virtual services may not be suitable for all clients depending on their individual needs.
Caregiver training is an essential part of client treatment and a requirement for all families receiving services at Infinite Abilities. Caregivers will regularly meet with their assigned BCBA (either in-person or virtually) to discuss client progress and review ABA concepts. Caregiver training is also a time for collaboration and problem-solving in regards to the client's individual needs.
